
ReTURN POLICY
Returns
Thank you for purchasing a THINK VOTIVES candle! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be securely packaged for transport. To complete your return, we do require proof of purchase.
To return an item, please submit a return request to info@thinkvotives.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

*Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow seven (7) days from the receipt or your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For all orders, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days according to your credit card/other payment standards.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If it has been greater than 10 days since your return confirmation email was sent and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@thinkvotives.com.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please send an exchange request to info@thinkvotives.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive this number, you may return your item to the address below. As soon as your item is received by THINK VOTIVES, the newly requested item will then be shipped to your address on file.
